My Life is Brilliant

nz, birthday cake and helicopter rides ....

this morning i was on the red-eye flight back from NZ, i was over for the weekend to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. It was a fabulous few days as my siblings arrived from all over the place, Hobart, Germany and London ... we don't get a chance to all be together very often, so it was golden time!

I also got to meet my new nephew who is too cute for words.

I love being with my siblings, they are such good people, and fun to be with and i'm really proud of each of them. We really laugh so hard when we are together.

Gary held the fort back here, and did some fun things with the girls when i was away. They went to the Guide Dogs Open Day on Sunday ... sounded very fun. He's such a great dad.

I made my family all dress in the same white t-shirts and jeans so we could have a family photo shoot. It was so so so funny ... we were totally killing ourselves laughing as i rearranged everyone to try different poses ... we got some great photos, and some pretty terrible ones too. After watching the annie leibowitz film on the way home, you really do realise how clever professional photographers are ... i am in awe!
