I have been counting down for a few weeks now to the time i would get on the plane (at 7am on sat morning) to go to Melbourne for my nephew's christening. All the family have converged (except sheri and steve who are someone in croatia - lucky them) 
things have been so hectic leading up to this ... i organised a trivia night at church for friday night, which was awesome ... we had 200 people come and alot of fun, but completely zapped me of any energy i had left ... so i am so happy to be on holiday, and even more excited about the prospect of going snowboarding again soon .... can't wait!
So nice to be with family ... my kids are enjoying being with their cousins ... and all woke at a hideous time of the day today ... they are so excited to be together.
Today was the Christening ... its such a lovely occassion ... and a nice reminder of how special having a faith life is.
Blair has all the toys here, so we have had fun playing Buzz and Singstar ... seriously bad singers in our family! i'm sure windows are breaking with the screaching! poor neighbours ... LOL ...
There have been many tabletennis matches ... mum and dad are having a challenge here! I must say gary and i are a force when we play doubles!
Such a treat to have a nap this afternoon ... man i needed it! especially with another round of Singstar coming tonight ... had to rest the vocal cords!

lucky girl! I wish i was on vacation...that word is almost coveted now that I have a j-o-b and only get so many days per year bummer!
Hey, we get lots of snow and my son is a crazy snowboarder so if you ever need to switch it up ha ha!
