day of rest ...
Registration day was very busy to say the least, we have had an amazing response to Create 08 - Melbourne is close to sold out, and Brisbane is at the higher end of the numbers ... so if you are still thinking about it, get in fast as i don't think spots will be free for much longer - tell your friends, sisters, mothers etc ... we don't want anyone being sad because they missed out.

Saturdays are always such a busy day in this house, all our girls dance on saturdays and i seriously feel like a yo yo ... back and forward all day, plus katya has a birthday party to go to as well ... because i wanted Sunday to be a "day of rest" i did my vacumming as well, washing, cleaning up .. even baked some choc chip biscuits! phew .... another thing crossed off the list was making Gianna's birthday invitations ... we have a clown coming, so hence the clown theme!

As if there isn't enough going on in my life, my house is a construction zone ... the new handrail was started yesterday, i love the timber contrast! Also a friend came over who happens to be a bit of an expert on the chainsaw ... and we took down this huge tree that was very close to our house - it was not even a nice tree ... it was actually a weed which was just 40 years old and massive. You should see the difference, there is so much light and space ... amazing!

so the good news ... i did have a "DAY OF REST" and i feel so rejuvenated, i was battling a sore throat thru the week ... and so after spending some of the day reading in the hammock ... and even going for a run this afternoon ... i feel ready for the week ahead. Todays run was the first proper one after my surgery ... and i didn't feel too bad! glad to be back into it.
Our next Bookclub book is "My Sister's Keeper" which i was reading today ... it has really hooked me, and i can't wait to see how the story unfolds.
I have my next class ready for the Creative Cafe ... go check it out!
